We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while preparing a thoughtful, high-quality experience for you.

Cancellations
30+ days before your tour: Full refund

Between 14-30 days: 50% refund is applicable
Within 14 days: Non-refundable

If you’re unable to attend, you’re always welcome to:

-Transfer your booking to a friend, or
-Reschedule your picnic or tour up to 24 hours in advance (subject to availability)

Weather Policy for VIPicnic Experience/Self-Guided Bike, Wine & Picnic Tour

Your safety and enjoyment are our priority.

In the case of unsafe or extreme weather (such as heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, or extreme heat), you will have the option to:

-Reschedule your picnic/tour, or
-Receive a 50% refund, and still enjoy your curated wine and/or picnic food
